Due to continued growth, we are adding a Senior Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a member of a design/build engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting design and manufacturing of new and existing products
- Supervision and mentoring of EITs and Technologists
- Good working knowledge of materials, welding, and machining processes
- Checking of shop dwgs/dxfs prior to manufacture
Design of Jigs, fixtures and lifting devices
- Support and troubleshooting of shop issues on a daily basis.
- Autodesk Inventor is the primary software used.
Qualified candidates will ideally have;
- 7+ years’ experience in the fabrication and machining Industry
- APEGS P.Eng designation
- Knowledge in Inventor, Plant 3D, Autocad and Design X is an asset
- Experience with 3D scanning and reverse engineering
